INTERNATIONAL WORK
- Mark worked in Albania in 2001 where he helped to educate physicians on the principals of management and provided assistance to develop a pain management clinic in the Capital Tirana.
- Mark traveled to Honduras in 2003 where he presented to the Honduran Hospital Association (ADHOS) principals of management cost accounting. The major emphasis of the conference was managing costs in the hospital and practice environment.
VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
- Mark has been the Treasurer of the Pediatric and Adult Asthma Network of West Michigan (PAANWM) www.paanwm.com since 2001.
- Mark has coached AYSO soccer for two of his children in Grandville Michigan
- Mark is very involved in his church LaGrave CRC in Grand Rapids where he has served as a deacon (president), as Cub Scout leader for 10 years as well as various other committees.
FAMILY
- Mark has been married to his wife Kristine and they live in metro Grand Rapids with their two daughters and son.
- Mark is a life long resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan....
