 Kenneth M. Hekman, of the Hekman Group has worked in conjunction with Mark Huizenga Systems Consulting in various capacities. Mr. Hekman has served over 400 medical practices across North America with strategic planning, advisory services, fair-market-value appraisals and business wisdom for medical practices since 1986.

Mr. Hekman served as a multi-specialty group practice executive, and has written and edited three books and numerous articles on medical management topics. He has a graduate degree is in Business Strategy and Marketing, and he has earned the unique standing as a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Mr. Hekman's books include:

Mr. Hekman also serves as a voluntary special advisor to mission organizations involved in healthcare services development in Eastern Europe, Central America and Central Asia. Ken and Mark are pleased to serve others in emerging markets through Health Development International.

Patrick Creager of Guidance Healthcare Consulting is a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive, he is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Patrick has more than 25 years of management experience in the health care industry. Patrick excels in interim and short term management projects. His ability to deliver successful projects on time and within budget differentiates himself in the marketplace. He can provide short term and long term projects throughout the country. 

 

 

Lisa Petrilli, RN, BSN, PHN, CLNC Ms. Petrilli is a registered nurse and also a certified legal nurse consultant with 29 years of experience in the health care industry. She has extensive experience in medical sales, nursing instruction, business consulting and infusion therapy services. Ms. Petrilli received her RN, BSN, PHN from Villanova University and is currently working toward her MSN.

Lisa is based in Southern California and has the specialty capacity to assist Systems Consulting with Infusion Center initiatives. Her location on the West Coast provides more flexibility for clients in the Western US that need assessements more frequently.

Bonnie Wittman MBA, RN As principal and founder of Wittman & Associates, Bonnie Wittman has a proven track record helping single hospitals and large, integrated healthcare systems identify creative business opportunities that are well positioned for growth. A senior-level professional with over 25 years as a healthcare strategist, she is experienced in maximizing effectiveness in the areas of operations, physician relations and referral development, resource management and utilization, service line development and administration, provider strategy, and business development.

Bonnie is the creative force behind the healthcare "village" concept - an innovative multidisciplinary approach to the delivery of medical services. One such village - Parrish Heart & Health Village - was recently created for Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, Florida, and opened in February. This particular village is designed to identify men and women who are unknowingly at risk of heart disease. A dedicated Women's Heart & Wellness Center is also located within the village. The 3-acre village combines the ambiance and attractiveness of a small town setting with compassionate, skilled, specialized care for men and women.

In addition to serving as a consultant with HealthAware, Bonnie has actively served in an advisory capacity to The Advisory Board Council in Washington, DC, and Proctor & Gamble's The Women's Health Advisory Panel. She has also served as a special task force member with The Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development in the area of physician relations and alignment research and planning. Bonnie is also a popular speaker, frequently being invited to speak as a faculty member for national organizations such as The Snowmass Institute, The Spirit of Women organization, Active Communications, Inc., the World Research Organization, and at colleges and universities nationwide. Her master's degree in business administration was earned at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Bonnie is also a registered nurse and was recently included in the Manchester Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
